Hunter Schafer Opens Up About Dominic Fike’s Infidelity Leading to Breakup

Hunter Schafer announced her connection with “Euphoria” co-star Dominic Fike finished, in part, because of unfaithfulness.

This happened when Wednesday’s episode was podcasted “Call Her Daddy,” the 25-year-old declared she discovered the “3 Nights” singer was fooling her while reaching through his phone.

“Part of why the association finished is because I got tricked on for the foremost time,” Schafer remembered.

The actress revealed to host Alex Cooper she had “a gut” sense and went via Fike’s phone, and she is not “not proud of it.”

Dominic Fike Separation

Over a year behind her and Euphoria costar Dominic Fike’s separation in April 2023. The Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes actress stated that it was his cheating during their connection that led to their parting routes. 

“Part of why the relationship finished is because I got tricked on for the first time,” Hunter placed on the Aug. 7 seizure of Call Her Daddy. 

After the 25-year-old—who reported that Dominic, 28, was the foremost cis, straight-identifying guy she’d dated—found out about her one-time partner’s infidelity, she realized she accused herself at first. 

“As a trans female, with a fellow who has never dated before,” she highlighted. “Because of the course I have been linked to trans female, and this has been difficult for me, I was like, ‘Oh, divinity is this it? Can I simply not?’”

But looking around at the position, Hunter was capable of discovering it had nothing to accomplish with her.

Hunter—who also named her year-long affair with the “3 Nights” singer her first monogamous connection. Said that she questioned Dominic had been cheating ahead of their separation.

“You always learn,” she added, revealing she glanced through Dominic’s phone for validation. “Because I understood, I moved to the phone—which I’m not happy about.”

But despite the apparent affair, Hunter glances back at her history with Dominic fondly. 

“It was one of the more pristine splits I’ve had,” she expressed. “We knew that we gotta reach our different ways.’ It was so difficult. We valued each other. He was a remarkable person.”

And general, Hunter is proud Dominic was her foremost ally in the public gaze. As she placed it, “He liked me as I was.”
